(一)低熔点纤维和常规纤维混棉不均匀:不同的纤维有不同的抱合力,一般说起来,低熔点纤维都比常规纤维有较大的抱合力,也较不容易分散,例如,日本4080、韩国4080、南亚的4080或远东的4080都有不同的抱合力,若低熔点纤维分散不均,低熔点纤维含量较少的部分,因为无法形成足够的网状结构,无纺布较薄,相对的于低熔点纤维含量较多的地方形成较厚的现象。

(二)低熔点纤维熔融不完全:低熔点纤维熔融不完全,主要原因为温度不够,对于基重较低的无纺布,通常都不容易产生温度不够的问题,但对于高基重,高厚度的产品便需特别注意是否足够。位于边缘的无纺布因为有足够的热量,无纺布通常较厚,位于中间部分的无纺布,因为热量较容易不足形成较薄的无纺布,
